A wellness journey is simple. It’s about finding your groove and harnessing new creative energy for your life.
I’m smiling when you work out your own answers for your health and even happier when you don’t need me anymore – though I’d love for you to stay a part of the community!
A wellness journey in action
Pre-session: You’ll undertake your health and heart-desires questionnaire.
Session 1: Initial assessment. You’ll share where you’re at and I’ll have a look under the hood to see what’s going on (emotional stress, brain integration, allergies, endocrine health, toxicity). We’ll find the priority stressor and set some goals for what you would like to achieve. Without a doubt, our first session will be focussed on integrating your energy systems and harmonising your neural pathways. Most people walk away feeling lighter, clearer & calmer even before getting to the juicy stuff!
Session 2-3: A deeper delve into you. We’ll explore the patterns within your whole and access the information within your cells, your systems and your spirit. This is your opportunity for a-hah moments and kick-ass, motivated health strategies. Mostly I’m in reverence at this stage as your true nature emerges and you participate in a field of grace.
End of session 3: Celebrating sweetness. Time to recognise your growth and appreciate the journey. Hopefully its time to harness your creative potential with new insight and energy. At this point, you may feel like you don’t need another session for months (great!) or you might feel the urge to keep coming on a more regular basis (say monthly) to keep aligning and centering (great too!).
